100 g oatmeal 50 g apple pulp 1 egg (size M) 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional) 1 tsp cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 Msp. vanilla 1 package of custard 300 ml oat drink (unsweetened) 150-200 g frozen (wild) blueberries
Preheat oven to 200 C circulating air.
Mix oat flakes with baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla.
Add apple pulp, egg and maple syrup.
Whisk the oat drink with the contents of the vanilla pudding packet. Now add the liquid to the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Fold in blueberries and bake in a hot oven at 200 C for about 25 minutes.
