Vegan "baked fish" - baked banana blossom

Banana blossom?! Never heard of it of this Pokémon? 
That's how it went for us when we looked for meat alternatives. At Govinda we found them and immediately started a new vegan creation. The result was to fool. Try it yourself!
By the way, the spice that we used - Kala Namak totally like egg - tastes more than surprising to us. Accordingly, you can conjure up good vegan scrambled eggs with it,

Ingredients:
1 tin banana blossom

Breadcrumbs:
1/2 tsp Kala Namak (taste reminiscent of salt & egg)
1 cup tapioca + 4 tbsp tapioca
1 tsp golden linseeds
1/2 cup of water
A little pepper
3 tbsp Noriflakes (or a crushed Nori leaf)
2 heaped tbsp beer yeast or yeast flakes
1/2 cup rapeseed oil
Preparation
  1. open the banana blossom tin and collect the pieces of banana blossom in a sieve.
  2. heat rapeseed oil in a pan. The "fried fish" is later fried in plenty of oil similar to celery schnitzel.
  3. Add a cup of tapioca flour to two deep plates and mix in the second plate water, 4 tablespoons tapioca, noriflakes, golden linseeds, kala namak and brewer's yeast/yeast flakes to a thick marinade.
  4. Now roll the banana blossom pieces first in some flour, then in the marinade and directly afterwards in the pan to the hot oil give, fry there from both sides approx. 1-2 min and take out. (When the large pieces are fried out, take the remaining banana blossom pieces to a toilet and cover them with flour and then with some marinade. Put this toilet in the pan. These are usually the largest pieces.)

We've served it a soy yoghurt with half a freshly squeezed clove of garlic, some lime juice and Kala Namak.
