INGREDIENTS: (as side dish or starter for 2nd person)
1/2 pointed cabbage 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tsp coarse sea salt freshly ground pepper 2 teaspoons truffle oil (white truffle oil is best, because truffle oils are often merely flavored).
Preheat oven to 200°C circulating air.
Wash the pointed cabbage thoroughly and cut in half.
Now cut the pointed cabbage into fine slices and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil and bake in the preheated oven (middle) for about 15-20 minutes, so that they are crispy browned at the edges.
Serve either on a baking tray or in a bowl. Pour truffle oil over them and enjoy! Bon Epi-tit!
