INGREDIENTS (for 2 persons): 2 red peppers 1 tin of white beans (approx. 200 g) 1 glass of vegan Bolognese (we chose one from Rapunzel) 1/2 bunch parsley 2 Jalapenos PREPARATION: Wash and halve the red peppers and remove the seeds. Mix Vegane Bolognese with white beans and add to the paprika halves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Wash and chop the parsley and garnish the paprika halves with it. Bon Epi-tit !
