INGREDIENTS: 2 peppers 1 can tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato paste ½ TL Ras el Hanout 1 Msp. Harissa 1 pinch of cumin ½ red onion 1 clove of garlic salt & pepper as needed Adios spice salt from Sonnentor some vegetable oil 3 eggs approx. 50 g Feta cheese 1 leaf green cabbage
Finely chop onions and garlic.
Cut the peppers into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic.
Sweat the tomato paste in it.
Add the paprika and fry briefly.
Add the tomatoes.
Add and mix the spices except Adios spice salt.
Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add the eggs, cover and allow to set for about 3-5 minutes at low temperature.
