Selfmade Porridge Mix

As you may have noticed, we are huge porridge fans. Why? Because we like to have a warm breakfast, especially in autumn and winter. The Porridge Mix gives us the necessary fibre and energy for the day. It also has a positive effect on our digestion. The great thing is also that you can store the mix in a glass in the cupboard, because it can be kept easily for half a year (probably longer, but with us it is always used up after a week at the latest, haha !...). 
In the morning all you need to do is warm up the milk and
mix them. Let something rest (while you make the coffee ;)). And done.

Ingredients (for 1/2 l dried Porridge Mix)
1/2 cup oats 
3 tbsp ground almonds
4 tbsp ground tiger almonds
1 vanilla pod
3 tbsp linseed
to prepare:
1 cup vegetable milk or sheep's milk​
Preparation
  1. Place the ingredients for the porridge in a blender and chop finely.
  2. To prepare the porridge daily, simply put any amount in a bowl and heat the same amount of milk in a saucepan. Do not boil the milk, just heat it lightly. Pour the milk into the bowl and mix well with a spoon. If you like, you can now add 1 tsp honey/date sweetener or coconut blossom sugar.
