INGREDIENTS (for 2 pers.)
2 Acai Pads 
1/2 can coconut milk
4 tablespoons rice milk
1/2 banana
1 Msp. tonka bean 
1 Msp. Bourbon Vanilla
1/2 pkg blueberries (approx. 60 g)
6 dates, pitted 
Topping: 
cocoa nibs, blueberries, hemp seeds, flower pollen
other:

Shopping tips:
Acai puree: Frozen Acai fruit puree is available in every organic market in the frozen food department.
Tonka bean: the ground spice is available in the organic market next to Bourbon vanilla in the baked goods department.
PREPARATION
  1. Pour the Acai puree and all other ingredients for the Acai Bowl into the blender and mix well to obtain a creamy consistency without pieces.
  2. If your blender is not able to grind the dates properly, you can use a hand blender to rework them. To do this, pour the mixture into a tall container and slowly move the hand mixer from top to bottom.
  3. Now divide the finished cream into two bowls and top them with the superfoods of your choice. We have chosen blueberries, hemp seeds, pollen and cocoa nibs.
