poached pear on coconut milk rice

Ingredients (for 2 pers.):
2 pears (Williams-Christ)
500 ml white grape juice
4 cups coconut milk (best canned)
1 cup rice pudding
1 pinch Bourbon Vanilla
1 tbsp dried strawberries
6 pink pepper berries
1 tbsp dried blossoms 
Preparation
  1. Bring the grape juice to the boil in a saucepan. 
  2. Wash the pear and place it in the grape juice and simmer for about 20 minutes so that the pear is soft and the skin loosens. In the best case you can simply peel off the skin, otherwise take a small knife and peel off the skin...
  3. While the pear is simmering, mix coconut milk with vanilla and bring to the boil in a saucepan.
  4. Stir in the rice pudding and cook for 1 minute. Do not stop stirring during this time. 
  5. Take the pot off the plate and let it rest for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
  6. Crush the strawberries, pink pepper berries and dried blossoms in a mortar so that you get a kind of spice mixture.
  7. Now divide the rice pudding into two bowls and garnish with one pear each. Sprinkle the spice mixture on top & serve.
