Pink grapefruit salad & goat cheese

Ingredients (for 2 pers.)
1/2 green lettuce
1 pink grapefruit
approx. 1 handful cherry tomatoes
3 red or white spring onions
2 stems fresh parsley
2 pieces goat cheese roll
2 tbsp forest honey

Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp each red wine & white wine vinegar
salt & pepper​
Preparation
  1. Pluck the leaves of the lettuce and wash thoroughly. Drain and place in a bowl.
  2. Wash the spring onions, cut into fine rings and add to the bowl.
  3. Wash and halve the tomatoes and put them in the bowl.
  4. Wash and chop the parsley and add to the salad.
  5. Halve the pink grapefruit. Cut each half into rings. Cut them into small pieces and remove the edge. Place the grapefruit pieces in the salad bowl.
  6. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and the salad.
  7. Take the goat's cheese directly out of the fridge and fry it in a coated pan at high heat. Do not use oil or fat! 
  8. Garnish the goat cheese on the salad and pour the honey over it with a small spoon.
  9. Bon Epi-tit <3 !
