Pear Bowl with physalis und almond butter

You know what it's like to get up in the morning and just want something warm to eat?
And that in summer ... hahahah! Oh Germany, you and your one-week summer^^
For those who want a change from the oat porridge we have today a super delicious millet porridge recipe with pear and invigorating spices.
Ingredients:
80 g millet
1 pear
½ TL Cinnamon
1 pinch cardamom
½ cm thick slice of ginger
1 tsp linseed and 1 tsp sesame each
½ Banana
8-10 Physalis
1 tsp Rapunzel almond butter
1 pinch salt
100 ml water
150 ml plant milk (e.g. soy milk)
Preparation:
  1. Wash the millet and bring to the boil together with the water.
  2. Cut the pear ¾ into small cubes, cut the rest into slices for the garnish.
  3. Finely dice the ginger.
  4. Add the cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and pear cubes to the millet.
  5. Deglaze with milk, stir well and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the hot plate and allow to cool briefly.
  7. Cut 6 Physalis into quarters and crush half the banana to pulp with a fork.
  8. Mix the banana puree and quartered physalis with the millet and put everything in a breakfast bowl.
  9. Garnish with the remaining Physalis, pear slices, almond paste and some cinnamon.
