NO SUGAR Baby Banana Bread

I actually created this recipe for my daughter. Babies should eat as little sugar as possible. And if, only in the form of fruit. (Yes, also oats contain natural sugar). This healthy kind of sugar is the only one that is ok. In Italy we gave her a piece of bread and she loved it! The advantage of this bread is that it lasts wonderfully for a week in a can but is also good for freezing! My little one likes it very much. We are curious what your experiences are with it :)

Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas
2 organic eggs
200 g spelt flour
100 g sugar-free apple sauce
1 pkg. baking powder
at will: 
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Vanilla from 1 vanilla pod
Nutritional value: approx. 130 kcal p.p.
Preparation
  1. Finely crush the bananas with a fork and beat with the apple sauce and the 2 eggs until foamy with a mixer.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl and fold into the banana apple pulp.
  3. Pour the dough into a box mould and place in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat. Bake for about 40-45 minutes. It is best to make a sample of the chopsticks (if something sticks to the chopsticks, continue baking for a short time).
