It's summer and we're dreaming of southern regions. Since I was only recently in Italy, I copied a classic recipe. Fish from the oven - in the brew. So tasty, so simple and so healthy. We used a sea bass (right, also called Loup de mer). It has great white meat and tastes great with some olive oil and sea salt. With a glass of wine you can (quasi) smell the sea ;) Have fun with the recipes & as always Bon Epi-tit ! <3 F
