Ingredients (for 1 pers.) 2 eggs fresh sage 1 tomato 5-6 caper apples 1 tbsp soy cream 3 tablespoons sparkling water salt & pepper
Whip the eggs in a bowl and mix with the soy cream and sparkling water.
Cut the tomatoes and capers into small pieces and add to the bowl. Sage wash, chop and add. Mix everything well and add a little salt & pepper. (But you can also do it when the omelette is ready, because everyone likes more pepper or salt individually.)
