at will: 1/3 bunch basil
Preheat oven to 200°C degrees convection.
Wash the potatoes, cut them into slices and marinate them with olive oil, thyme and honey on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Refine with salt and spread onion rings over it. Put half a lemon on a baking tray.
Bake the potatoes in the middle of the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Mix the chopped parsley with the crushed garlic clove.
Pour crumbled feta, chopped parsley and garlic mixture and fresh lemon wedges over the baked potatoes and fold in with a spatula.
