A wonderful basic recipe that always succeeds and
whose ingredients a foodie should always have in the closet.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 pers. & approx. 8 pancakes):
1 cup chickpea flour (from the organic shop or Asian market) 1/2 cup tapioca flour (from the organic shop or Asian market) 1 cup lukewarm water some salt 1 clove garlic, pressed 1/2 tsp dried spices of your choice (e.g. rosemary or thyme) 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
