INGREDIENTS (2 pers.): 4 corn tortillas 150g minced beef 4 tbsp kidney beans 1/2 can Tomatensugo 1 tsp tomato paste 1/4 red onion, finely chopped 1 small clove of garlic, pressed 2 tbsp white wine 1 pc. Dark chocolate 1 tbsp rapeseed oil Spices (chilli, smoked paprika, salt, pepper) 1/2 lime, juice
PREPARATION: Heat rapeseed oil in a pot. Garlic and fry onion and minced beef in it into it. Brown for approx. 2 min. and add Deglaze with white wine. Beans, Tomatensugo, and -mark and season with spices and Lime juice and a piece of chocolate season to taste.
