Have you ever wondered what's in all the bread from the bakery?
If you don't want to get your rolls at the Hofpfisterei or at the good bakery of your choice, let me tell you that you don't want to know.
When we got a bit more involved with the subject, we decided to bake our own bread.
We've tried a few recipes before, but the following one always works and goes well. It's so easy to prepare that you can let your kids do it while you watch the sedation with your mouse on TV. Everybody wants to experience this role swap. By the way, it's also a great basic recipe that you can refine with nuts, seeds, kernels, beetroot juice & Co. as you like.
Sunflower seeds contain many valuable nutrients, which have a very positive effect on your body. As a true protein bomb with 21g per 100g kernels they are an ideal source of protein for vegans and vegetarians. Another advantage is the colourful mix of different vitamins - although not contained in super large quantities, the mixture makes it here. Vitamin A for beautiful hair, strong nerves through vitamin B, vitamin D regulates calcium metabolism, good blood coagulation through vitamin K and vitamin E as a natural anti-aging agent.
