Ingredients (basic dough): 100 g Seeberger dates, at least 4 hours or soaked overnight 100 g Seeberger almonds, roasted Toppings (optionally): Seeberger grated coconut Matcha Cranberry Powder Seeberger linseed almond flour cocoa nibs Preparation
Puree soaked dates finely with a blender. Finely chop the roasted almonds with a large knife and mix with the date puree to a dough. Form small balls from this dough. Roll these balls through any ingredient from the "Toppings" list above and garnish on a plate or wrap in sandwich paper. The date and almond confection is a perfect small present, gift or also ideal as a healthy power kick for in between.
