Coffee'n'Choc Smoothie inspired by Flax&Kale

Who of you knows the Flax & Kale in Barcelona? This is definitely one of our favourite cafés. Seldom tasted so wonderfully healthy. Really a nice location in the middle of the city and here you can eat without a bad conscience. Today's chocolate shake is inspired from there, but nothing can match the holiday chocolate shake feeling :D

Ingredients:
50 ml cold coffee (or a cooled espresso)
150 ml coconut rice milk
1 frozen banana 
4 dates 
1 tbsp Raw Cacao
1 tablespoon grated coconut
Cocoa nibs and coconut rasp as garnish​

Preparation:

1. Put everything except the garnish into the mixer and puree until there are no more pieces left.
2. Pour into a glass, garnish and enjoy!
