Gluten-free ham noodles (4 pers.) Who doesn't know them from their childhood? They go fast are tasty and everyone is happy.
Ingredients: 500g gluten free pasta from Schneekoppe 1 pkg. chicken breast ham 6 eggs 50 ml rice milk 2 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary 1 red onion 2 tsp coconut oil 250 g tomatoes 1 -2 tbsp chopped chives salt and pepper
Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Cut the ham into small pieces.
Cut the onion in half and cut into thin slices.
Mix eggs in a bowl in a bowl with rice milk, salt and pepper.
Heat 1 teaspoon of coconut fat in a pan and fry the onions for 3 minutes.
Add the ham and 1 tbsp rosemary and fry until golden brown.
Heat the remaining coconut fat in a large pan.
Add the egg mixture and stir into scrambled eggs.
After about 3 minutes, add the remaining rosemary and the pasta.
Mix well and leave to simmer for 10 minutes on a switched off plate.
In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a salad bowl together with the chives, salt and pepper and mix.
