Ingredients: 100 gr blanched ground almonds, if required a little more 100 gr dried dates, soaked in water for at least 20 min. 4 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp chopped peanuts 1 pinch of sea salt 1-2 tbsp cocoa 1-2 tsp Lucuma powder of Terra Elements possibly honey Topping: Lucuma & Cocoa
Preparation Puree the dates well and knead into a dough in a bowl with all other ingredients except the topping ingredients. You should be able to make balls out of the dough without the dough crumbling or sticking too much to your hands. Depending on the dough, you will need more or less almonds or liquid in the form of peanut butter or honey. Process the dough into bite-sized balls and roll them through the Lucuma powder or cocoa. The Baobabs can be kept for at least 3 days in the refrigerator.
