Chocolate Pizza

Ingredients:
gluten free pizza dough mixture from Schneekoppe
1 organic orange
1 stem Rosemary
2 tsp coconut oil
2 plain chocolate bars
1-2 tsp cashew butter
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp cocoa nibs

Preparation:
  1. Prepare gluten-free pizza dough mixture according to package instructions.
  2. If you like, you can add ½ TL cinnamon to the flour mixture.
  3. In the meantime, rinse the orange hot and cut into slices.
  4. Heat 1 teaspoon of coconut fat in a pan and add half of the rosemary stem.
  5. Add the orange slices to the pan in such a way that they do not overlap and fry on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Put the remaining coconut fat in the same pan, add the remaining rosemary and fry the remaining orange slices on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Heat the chocolate in a small pot until it has melted.
  8. After 15 minutes, remove the pizza base from the oven and spread the chocolate over it and cover with the orange slices and rosemary.
  9. Place in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  10. Remove the finished chocolate pizza from the oven and garnish with cashew, goji berries and cocoa nibs.
