We could experience this great combination in Wertheim Village, because we were invited to be part of the cooking session of Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht in the WMF-Store in Wertheim Village. Jimi has made a delicious surf-'n'-turf for us and we are now allowed to share a somewhat epi(c) modified recipe from his cookbook "Kochen ist easy" (engl. Cooking is easy).
