LOW CARB MINI CHOCOLATE CAKE - flour- and sugar free little chocolate cakes with macadamia- pekan nuts
Ingredients for 4 mini-cakes:
3 heaped teaspoons cocoa powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
½ TL baking powder
2 tablespoons Seeberger pecans
2 tbsp Seeberger Macadamia
some fat for the cake tin
Mini Cake or Muffin Form
Yay, we had again guests in our show kitchen (this time in our little garden) !
We were allowed to feed the video-team of the Make up factory - because our cooperation partner Next Season TV is shooting their tutorials - and we were very happy with the spring temperatures!
Ror a burrito bowl. basically we love the concept "shared table",
because there is a lot of communication at the table and the colourful dishes are
all over the table. So we have a 3 metre long blackboard
and starting cooking. Of course we have the recipe here
for you, even if this bowl is called: seasonal or
make it as you like

Food & Shopping. We could experience this great combination in Wertheim Village, because we were invited to be part of the cooking session of Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht in the WMF-Store in Wertheim Village. Jimi has made a delicious surf-'n'-turf for us and we are now allowed to share a somewhat epi(c) modified recipe from his cookbook "Kochen ist easy" (engl. Cooking is easy).
And here we finally have the recipe for the Pumpkin Pie Bowl we offered at the fair. We also made a Halloween version for Halloween. We would have thought that pumpkin could also be a sweet variation. Bon Epi-tit!
