300 g oat flour, gluten-free + 50 g oat flour for rolling dough
80 g Tiger almonds, planed
2 tbsp pistachio jam
90 g rapeseed oil
120 g honey
1 egg OR 3 tsp chia seeds + 2 tsp water
1 tsp gingerbread spice
1 Msp. vanilla

LOW CARB MINI CHOCOLATE CAKE - flour- and sugar free little chocolate cakes with macadamia- pekan nuts
Ingredients for 4 mini-cakes:
3 heaped teaspoons cocoa powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
½ TL baking powder
2 tablespoons Seeberger pecans
2 tbsp Seeberger Macadamia
some fat for the cake tin
Mini Cake or Muffin Form
Salty snacks are wonderful for on the go
or just to snack on the couch.
Chickpeas can be seasoned in many different ways
and fry in the oven until crispy, so they can make a delicious snack.
