We love greens! Stop stop... actually we love everything that has to do with food. But green is definitely great! Especially because spinach, kale, Brussels sprouts and Co. are really good sources of minerals and vitamins. Therefore also GreenGoodness.
Attention sportsmen! Coconut water is isotonic by nature. We recommend the coconut water from Taste Nirvana, because it simply tastes delicious. You can also find it in our Epi-Food-Box :)

Who of you knows the Flax & Kale in Barcelona? This is definitely one of our favourite cafés. Seldom tasted so wonderfully healthy. Really a nice location in the middle of the city and here you can eat without a bad conscience. Today's chocolate shake is inspired from there, but nothing can match the holiday chocolate shake feeling :D

Have you ever tried homemade almond milk? No? yes you can buy them soo already. But now I have an alternative for you which is also really cheap, because in the purchased Tetrapack on approx. 1 litre of almond milk approx. 2-10% almonds are contained. Pretty lean, isn't it? Well then you can do the whole thing yourself & the real reason why I made hemp milk myself is because I find it mega delicious in the coffee... Try it out ! Here however a sweeter variant for all Schleckermäuler ;)
We don't demonize alcohol, but when it comes to our table, it's decadent.
