Meanwhile nobody can avoid the smoothie trend anymore. When you go to supermarkets, the range is as wide as chocolate or beer. Fortunately! If you think that smoothies is pure sugar, you are far from it. Of course you shouldn't drink smoothies like water or teas. But if you feel like something sweet, you should rather have a smoothie than a coke or a chocolate bar. In the morning smoothies can give a great energy kick and you can start the day well.
And for those who don't have time in the morning to mix their own smoothie - yes - for them there are great brands like true fruits. Of course, we prefer to make our smoothies ourselves, because they offer optimal freshness and allow us to decide individually what our body needs the most today.
But when we are on the road, we always resort to true frustration. One reason for this is that we have already been able to get to know the brand a little better and know that quality is the focus here, that the marketing campaigns always bring a laugh AND that the varieties are really great. The "Orange" even contains goji berries, which are on Alex's daily menu. Since it tastes frozen like Capri ice cream, we have come up with some more recipes for the smoothie. Why only drink it when you can use it again for food? It's also worth buying the big bottle in the supermarket. By the way, we have created a "Solero" Tonka Nicecream, which has knocked us off our feet.

LOW CARB MINI CHOCOLATE CAKE - flour- and sugar free little chocolate cakes with macadamia- pekan nuts
Ingredients for 4 mini-cakes:
3 heaped teaspoons cocoa powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
½ TL baking powder
2 tablespoons Seeberger pecans
2 tbsp Seeberger Macadamia
some fat for the cake tin
