This recipe was created during a "climate dinner" organised by the 2 Grad foundation at the Munich design agency "Black Space". We were allowed to spoil 24 entrepreneurs with culinary delights.
A wonderfully aromatic dish, which is not only easy to prepare, but also great as a "leftover" lunch to take with you the next day. An absolute "must cook" for all peanut lovers. Fully filled with proteins and nutrients, the dish provides you with healthy fats, potassium and other vitamins, minerals and high-quality fiber.
