That's how it went for us when we looked for meat alternatives. At Govinda we found them and immediately started a new vegan creation. The result was to fool. Try it yourself!
By the way, the spice that we used - Kala Namak totally like egg - tastes more than surprising to us. Accordingly, you can conjure up good vegan scrambled eggs with it,
We've served it a soy yoghurt with half a freshly squeezed clove of garlic, some lime juice and Kala Namak.

300 g oat flour, gluten-free + 50 g oat flour for rolling dough
80 g Tiger almonds, planed
2 tbsp pistachio jam
90 g rapeseed oil
120 g honey
1 egg OR 3 tsp chia seeds + 2 tsp water
1 tsp gingerbread spice
1 Msp. vanilla
LOW CARB MINI CHOCOLATE CAKE - flour- and sugar free little chocolate cakes with macadamia- pekan nuts
Ingredients for 4 mini-cakes:
3 heaped teaspoons cocoa powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
½ TL baking powder
2 tablespoons Seeberger pecans
2 tbsp Seeberger Macadamia
some fat for the cake tin
Mini Cake or Muffin Form
