Blueberry-Millet Bowl with Peanutcream

At the moment everybody thinks about their summer body - and we're like: What about 2nd Breakfast! Hahaha, yes that is indeed Feli and my motto in life. Breakfast is simply the best meal and it can happen that we treat ourselves to 3 portions of pancakes after dinner. As always of course not the rule, but Soulfood has to be even.
This morning there was only one banana with cocoa nibs, so the second breakfast was understandable anyway! And what was there?
Blueberry-Millet-Bowl with peanut cream

Ingredients:
80 g millet
100 ml water
100 ml soy milk (more as needed)
1 cm thick slice of ginger
4 dried apricots
100 g blueberries
1 tsp linseed and 1 tsp sesame each
1 small pinch of salt
Topping:
4 Physalis
blueberries
1 tsp Goji berries
1/2 apple
1 tsp bee blossom pollen
1/2 tsp linseed and insemination
1 tsp peanut butter
1 Msp cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Wash the millet and bring to the boil together with the water.
  2. Add the vegetable milk and simmer at a low temperature.
  3. Finely chop the ginger and dice the apricots, 
  4. Add ginger, apricots and salt to the millet.
  5. If the liquid is already absorbed, simply add a little more milk.
  6. Simmer until the millet is soft.
  7. Stir in the blueberries, linseed and sesame seeds, remove from the hot plate and allow to cool briefly.
  8. In the meantime, clean and prepare the fruit for topping.
  9. Halve the half of the apple again and cut into thin slices.
  10. Place the blueberry millet porridge in a breakfast bowl and garnish with the topping ingredients as desired.
  11. Of course you can let your imagination run wild and garnish whatever your heart desires. Just no schnitzel, that's probably not so tasty :D
