Beauty Bowl

Smoothie Bowls are perfect for absorbing all the nutrients you need right now. So you can put all the ingredients you need into the mixer and et voila - a Beauty Bowl :)

Ingredients:
1 banana, chopped and frozen
150 g mixed frozen berries
5 cashews
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp linseed
1 tsp Goji berries
1/4 grapefruit
2 slices of musk or cantaloupe melon
100-150 ml almond milk

Toppings:
some of the ingredients used
Cocoa Nibs
poppy seed

Preparation:

1. For the smoothie, put all ingredients in the blender and puree well.
2. Pour into a bowl and garnish as desired.
