All Greens Salad

In the course of our video production with InStyle Germany Online we tested spiral cutters.
We had a lot of products in the kitchen and we shot all the vegetables through the machines. The result on the one hand was clear winners & losers.
but also a huge bowl of spiralized vegetables.
After our shooting I (Feli) sorted the vegetables in the bowl.
and think about some recipes.

Classically you already know all zucchini noodles (zoodles). But there is so much
more what you can do with the spiral cutter, so now I'll start here with an
ALL GREENS SALAD.
Bild
Ingredients (for 2 pers.)
1 cucumber
1 avocado
fresh herbs (dill & parsley)

Dressing:
Juice 1 lemon
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Pepper & Salt

Other:
Spiral cutter
Preparation
  1. Wash & spiral cucumber. Pour into a bowl and mix with a little salt. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes and drain the water (this will prevent the salad from becoming too muddy & watery).
  2. Meanwhile cut the avocado, wash & chop the herbs.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
  4. Now mix the cucumber with the avocado pieces, the chopped herbs and the dressing.
  5. Garnish with some herbs and serve. Bon Epi-tit <3 !
