A location to melt away. We love it when restaurants or cafés have several open floors. This makes the whole thing much more relaxed. As if thoughts have much more room to spread. Funnily enough, I'm sitting at the top of one of the sandbags right now writing this post. If I were to open my own restaurant, it would look exactly like this. A mixture of industrial chic, but very bright and somehow reminiscent of the sea. Anyway, I feel very comfortable. And best of all: there are all kinds of healthy food and drinks here.
On the one hand, we opted for gluten-free pancakes made from buckwheat and almond flour with coconut cream and blueberries. On the other hand there was a Green Coconut Bowl - a smoothie bowl made of mango, passion fruit, avocado, spinach and coconut milk topped with a buckini mixture and berries. There was also a smoothie and coffee. served We would love to let off steam with the salty dishes, but Amsterdam is big, the variety of the cafés accordingly and my belly has reached its limits at some point. Also this café is definitely a MUST-GO in Amsterdam.
Bon epi-tit, dears!! And have fun on your journey :) Your Alex ♡
