Rotterdam is a beautiful city for a day trip and trumps with delicious, healthy restaurants and cafes. After we walked for a whole day, we were hungry in the evening. As I was travelling with my roommate and she had already spent a day in Rotterdam, she already knew where we could get something epi(c). There was beloved Vietnamese cuisine in "Little V". If you see the shop from the outside, then it looks quite fancy, but when you enter the shop you can't get out of amazement anymore. The interior is more than "on fleek" and I first took a tour of the restaurant before I could concentrate on the food - and that almost never happens. After I had made my tour through the restaurant and my roommate was already pitied by the waiter because she had to wait for me - #foodbloggerfriendlifestyle - I could sit down excitedly again and devote my concentration to the menu. If it had been up to me, I would have liked to have taken everything, but also my infinite hunger is limited by the size of my belly. To drink there was a soda without sugar and a warming tea. During the meal the staff was very courteous regarding my intolerances. Very often I make the experience that either a "no idea" or "hmm, we can't say that exactly" comes, but in the Litte V the nice waiter and has clarified everything for me. Natalie chose summer roles and a vegetarian dish. Both were super delicious. The soup came with lots of fresh herbs, sprouts and lime so that you could season it yourself. The large bowl was full of delicious fish soup broth, shrimps, beef, rice noodles and vegetables. Those of you who don't know any summer rolls (which would really be surprising): These are rice paper rolls filled with rice noodles, vegetables, herbs and, depending on your choice, shrimps, tofu, beef or chicken. Mostly there is also a peanut sauce. But that varies from place to place. Natalie's dish wouldn't have satisfied me by far, but it tasted really good. Here I would definitely advise you to have one more starter or two and possibly a dessert. In this sense: Cheers on an ingenious separation from Rotterdam.
