You have asked questions about Fatburn and here are our answers:
Low Carb Snacking?

Those who want low carb snacks are in good hands with vegetables and nuts. However, be careful with nuts, these contain a lot of fat & calories. So no more than a handful and prefer to reach for vegetables. By the way, eggs are also a great snack. They contain proteins that make you full for a long time.
Simple basic rules against Jojo-Effect?

  • It is best to get used to drinking as much water as possible right at the beginning of your diet change. Quite often we confuse thirst with hunger.

  • It's better to lose weight slowly than jerk-jerk diets, which usually end up harming yourself more than doing your body any good. The Fatburn Challenge is also designed to lose weight in the long run. In 7 days you will notice how much better you feel.

  • Get your circulation going on a daily basis, be it rope jumping, 50 knee bends or puppets in the morning. At best, you can also go into sports 2-4 times a week. So you define your Körüer additionally and accelerate the slimming.

  • Eat as balanced and colorful as possible. With a change of pace you don't get bored and fall into old patterns.

  • Never renounce. If your cravings are so big that you almost go crazy, treat yourself to a small portion of it. Healthy cravings even tell you if you have a certain lack. Cravings on sugar & junk food should be satisfied with alternatives like dates or vegetable sticks with hummus. Then you will also feel mentally better.
Slim Snack ideas?

vegetable sticks with hummus
dates filled with nut butter or nuts
eggs
edamame
fruit
plant based yoghurt with cacao nibs & banana
nicecream with berries
carrot salad with pumpkin seeds
chocolate-Shake with almond milk, water, cacao powder, maca & banana
frozen berries or grapes
and of course much more. What are your favourite snacks?
What foods have negative calories?

In advance:
Foods, which are called negative calories, are foods which contain fewer calories than our body uses to burn them.

These include

Chicory
radish
green beans
beetroot
cucumber
spinach
lemon
asparagus
iceberg lettuce
celery stalks
Which workout is best against abdominal fat?

Of course, this includes abdominal exercises in particular. Not to forget, however, an adapted cardio workout. Although we also burn a lot of calories with muscle strength exercises, Cardio Training is also very effective in burning calories and burning fat faster + lose mass.
However, if you want a six pack, you should also pay attention to an adapted diet plan.
Is it better to lose weight with a vegan diet or a conventional?

Weight loss does not depend on the type of diet. Any form of diet can be adapted to lose weight. However, it is important that you burn more calories than you eat. This is a simple calculation.
Both are important to increase the proportion of vegetables and water consumption and to reduce the proportion of high-calorie foods. It can also be advantageous for many to minimize their carbohydrate intake.
Food that's supposed to melt the fat faster?

  1. Algae: The treasures from the sea are real all-round talents: they not only provide the body with vegetable protein, but also contain almost all vitamins, 41 minerals and trace elements.
  2. Apple: "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" - this saying is indeed true. The fruit contains a lot of vitamin C, potassium, magnesium and pectin. This has a positive effect on the immune system and fat burning. Another fat burning quality of the apple: It keeps the blood sugar stable and thus prevents too much of the fattening hormone insulin from being released.
  3. Artichoke: Anyone who has ever taken a detox cure will probably be familiar with the artichoke as a fat burner food. Because: The active ingredient cynarin helps to purify. The digestion is stimulated and the fat metabolism starts the turbo process.
  4. Avocado: The avocado suffers from a rather bad reputation in terms of diet due to its high fat content. Wrongly: In fact, the avocado can help you lose weight. It contains a unique carbohydrate called mannoheptulose. This lowers the blood sugar level and keeps the thickening insulin in check.
  5. Berries: Berry strong! Thanks to their high vitamin C content, strawberries, raspberries & co. boost fat burning. In addition, the flavonoids (colouring agents) contained in vitamin C even increase the effect by a factor of 20!
  6. Chicory: Vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium - chicory is rich in ingredients that melt fat. Another characteristic of the Fatburner food: The bitter substance Intybin stimulates digestion and metabolism.
  7. Shrimps, lobsters, crabs & Co.: As already mentioned at the beginning, these sea dwellers score above all with their high protein portion. In a diet, they can also convince with their low fat content.
  8. Kiwi: This fitness fruit comes from the other end of the world. The New Zealander has brought us a lot of fat burner qualities. In her luggage: Vitamin C and magnesium - real metabolism boosters.
  9. Herbs: Herbs make you slim! This is proven by the valuable ingredients of the Fatburner foods. Would you like a taste? Sage promotes fat burning, parsley activates the metabolism, chives dehydrated. When cooking, the following applies: fresh herbs should only be put in the pot or on the plate at the end so that essential oils and vitamin C do not evaporate in the heat.
  10. Radishes & radishes: You can cut these two hot turnips into your salad more often or enjoy them pure. They are full of calcium, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium. Fatburner foods stimulate digestion and dehydrate.
  11. Asparagus: The slim stems are low in calories. They contain just 15 calories per 100 grams and are therefore a great diet vegetable. Thanks to their vitamin C, iron, calcium and iodine content, they are also among the fat burner foods.
  12. Tomato: Anti-cancer vegetables and fat burner foods - the tomato is a real all-purpose weapon. The low-calorie fitness miracle contains lycopene and is rich in secondary plant substances.
  13. Water: "Drink a lot! We hear this advice from doctors, pharmacists and nutritionists. Why does everyone seem to agree on water intake? Water stimulates the metabolism. You should drink two to three litres of it every day. Researchers even found that every glass of water has 20 minus calories. This means that while you are drinking, your body consumes energy. The elixir of life is also an unbeatable fat burner food.
  14. Citrus fruits: In glossy magazines one reads again and again that stars swear in the morning on the juice of a squeezed out lemon. Is this one of Hollywood's typical diet myths or is it really good? In fact, lemons and co. are the fat burner foods par excellence. They contain the super combination of vitamin C and flavonoids.
  15. Onion: Despite tears in the eyes, there is actually no reason to cry when eating onions. Onions are extremely figure-friendly. They lower blood sugar levels, boost fat burning and promote digestion.(Source: GU - Fatburner Lebensmittel)
Cereal alternatives?

There is nothing wrong with muesli as long as it is kept as simple as possible. Best simply oat flakes, oat milk (or even better water), half a banana for sweetening and fresh fruit. As topping  seeds, kernels and/or nuts and ready is the porridge. If you want overnight oats, you simply need to soak the mixture the evening before and leave it to soak overnight.
Different spices like cinnamon, cardamom & Co, seasonal fruit and different nuts allow daily variety.
Soon our Low Carb recipes 2019 will come out, there you will also find recipes for 5 Ways of Chia-Pudding.
Does one lose weight automatically through healthy food?

Unfortunately not. As delicious as Medjool dates with peanut butter are, you won't lose weight with it, even though it is a very healthy snack. Nuts, dried fruits and raw vegetables should be a conscious pleasure, because they are high in calories. You should rather have lots of fresh vegetables, high quality lean meat and healthy fish, eggs, nuts & seeds and low-sugar foods like fruits to fill your diet.
