Breakfast with attention to detail

The name "bAsTaRd" probably deterred first of all. I thought the same thing.
Arrived at the first time, it was a Sunday after a long night, it was 16:30 o'clock. Of course, a perfectly prepared breakfast was served, so that the water already melted in your mouth when you walk past.
The end of the story:
bAsTaRd is a restaurant that is geared towards breakfast and lunch, so unfortunately we had to find out that exactly at 16:30 o'clock the kitchen closes.
At this point it should be mentioned that Tuesdays are even a complete rest day.
But of course I didn't let myself get lumpen and planned a weekend brunch with friends there.

Classically did not have a reservation and of course the terrace was full on a sunny Saturday noon.
So if you don't want to go for breakfast spontaneously, it's best to make a reservation.
We were kind enough to sit inside and get put on a waiting list.
Less than 10 minutes later we were sitting outside and could order.
On the map you can find almost everything.
Among other things homemade Bringe, eggs in the glass, scrambled eggs, Strammer Max, Pancakes, vegetarian and vegan plates.
There are "small" breakfast plates from 6.90 € which are perfect for one person and large ones up to 12.90 € which are probably suitable for two people.
In addition there is still a varied bread basket.
To drink there is the classical offer, nothing great special.
But attention with the juices, rather again ask whether it is 100% pure juice. The waiters were very nice, so the question should not be a problem.

Since I am not a sausage fan and the cheese plate is definitely made from cow's milk, I chose the vegan alternative and was not disappointed.
Plate was filled with delicious things.
Fresh fruit, berries, a vegan cream, nuts pickled in oil, jam (which I left out because of the sugar) & a pepper-potato pan.
The whole thing was still decorated with healthy sprouts and a lot of love.
In addition we ordered scrambled eggs with chives, but left out the butter.
When preparing the plates the eye eats here in any case.
Eyes as well as palate are not disappointed.
