Probably the tastiest surprise in Paris. The Maisie Café is close to the Jardin de Tuileries from where you have a perfect view of the Louvres, the Arc de Triumph and the Eiffel Tower. Accordingly, there is no excuse not to check out the Maisie Café. And if you absolutely need a goodie for your home, you'll find a Ladurée just around the corner, to buy the world famous Macaron All dishes are vegan & gluten free, so I could order what I wanted without doing anything "wrong". But since I had already tried some vegan and gluten-free cakes, I was honestly a bit timid and decided for the chocolate cake in a classic way. What then awaited me was a pure explosion of taste. The consistency and taste almost knocked me off my feet. It was just sosososoo delicious. Although I wasn't hungry anymore, I didn't want to try the avocado toast because I hadn't eaten one since I started eating gluten-free. The avocado toast was finally the best I had ever eaten. Since I had to return to Munich the same evening, I took the Banana Bread / Choc Cake to go with me. However, the cake was so good that I ate it before I left. #classyme I can really recommend the Maisie Café. The price is totally okey, the location is top and the food is incredibly good. You'll also find food that you can take with you. For a piece of cake it's enough to make a detour there.
