For the sports acon Linda from the blog Lindarella we created a special Matcha Pancakes recipe and prepared it for her.
The nice thing about pancakes is that they are quite simple to prepare and always go down well!
Ingredients for 2 pers.:
2-3 bananas (depending on size)
200 g spelt flour
240 ml almond milk
1 teaspoon matcha
½ lemon, juice and skin
2 teaspoon Weinstein- baking powder
250 g strawberries
4-6 EL agave syrup
